Your Tasks
Your responsibilities include independently handling formal requirements according to client instructions before the European Patent Office (EPO), including the review and billing of validated European patents as well as incoming invoices and correspondence. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing communications from the EPO and other patent offices in examination, grant, opposition, and appeal proceedings, handling incoming mail, and monitoring deadlines.

As an Administrator
with an education as a foreign language correspondent, a commercial education or a comparable vocational training, you attach importance to working independently in a structured environment and are willing to familiarize yourself with the patent system.
As a Person
you round off your passion for successful teamwork with reliable and committed work. You have a quick perception and conscientiously complete the tasks entrusted to you.
In our international team, a very good command of English and German as well as confident computer skills are essential.
