As our newAI Solutions Expert - GenAI & Automation,you will be the technical driving force behind the company-wide use of generative AI. You will be not only a developer, but also an architect, consultant, and visionary. Your mission is to harness the full potential of AI tools for all our employees through smart solutions and automation.

YOUR TASKS

• Hands-on development & prototyping:You will design, develop, and optimize AI-supported agents and prototypes to specifically increase productivity in our specialist departments
• Implementation of automation workflows:You design and implement robust, automated workflows (e.g. using RPA, APIs and low-code platforms) to simplify and accelerate complex, manual processes in the company
• Technical Lifecycle Management:You are responsible for the entire technical lifecycle of AI applications – from evaluation and implementation to continuous optimization based on usage data and performance metrics
• Technical consulting & feasibility analysis:You act as a technical sparring partner for the specialist departments, validate the technical feasibility of use cases and advise on the selection of the right technologies and architectures
• Technical Vendor Management:You are the primary technical interface to our AI tool providers (e.g. Microsoft, Google), clarify integration issues, and ensure smooth technical collaboration
• Governance & Monitoring:You monitor the technical use of AI tools, systematically evaluate user feedback for technical development, and ensure that all activities are in line with our guidelines (data protection, EU AI Act).

YOUR PROFILE

• Technical passion & AI expertise:You are passionate about the technical side of AI, experiment passionately with APIs, develop your own agents and are always on the cutting edge of technology
• Proven AI development experience:You have already developed your own AI solutions, agents, or complex automation – whether in a professional, academic, or private context
• Deep tool expertise at a technical level:You have extensive practical hands-on experience with leading AI platforms (M365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, etc.) and are familiar not only with their interfaces, but also understand their APIs, integration options, and technical limitations
• Prompting Excellence:Excellent skills in prompt engineering and role prompting are a given for you in order to get the most out of the tools
• Risk & legal awareness:You have a strong understanding of the legal and ethical aspects of AI (data protection, EU AI Act) and can translate these into secure technical concepts
• Proactive can-do mentality:A proactive, structured and independent way of working as well as a high level of self-motivation characterize you
• Technical translation skills:You are a communication talent with fluent German and English skills, can explain complex technical issues simply and thus act as a bridge builder between IT and specialist departments
