Your tasks:

• Maintenance of complex energy systems and electronic control and regulation systems
• Work on systems such as OP ventilation systems, central heating systems including CHP, steam generation systems, central cooling supply, osmosis systems
• Checking and maintaining the installed systems at regular intervals
• Detecting faults and carrying out repairs
• Identifying and implementing energy optimization measures
• Checking large systems to avoid long downtimes
• Written documentation of all work in a modern maintenance tool
• Creation of test protocols

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a plant mechanic (m/f/d) for sanitary, heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology or comparable
• Driving license class B
• Willingness to perform and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to be on call (usually every 5 weeks)
• Experience with CAFM systems or willingness to learn them
• Very good knowledge of German and a valid work permit
