You’ll learn everything about events – from planning, execution, and follow-up to guest support before, during, and after the event – ensuring every visit to our hotel becomes an unforgettable experience.

What your day will look like:
No two days are the same during your apprenticeship with us. You’ll get to know all our departments and gradually become an expert in all tasks of an event management professional:

• You’ll learn how to plan, organize, and execute all types of events
• You’ll handle incoming event and room inquiries
• You’ll communicate with our guests and learn how to create customized offers to make every event a unique experience
• You’ll take on commercial tasks in accounting and controlling
• You’ll gain insights into event services and learn how to run events
• You’ll correspond with guests, organizers, and agencies

What we’re looking for:

• Successfully completed school education
• Organizational talent, team spirit, and strong communication skills
• Motivation and enthusiasm
• High level of flexibility, reliability, and resilience
• Well-groomed, friendly, and confident appearance
• Excellent German skills and ideally good English skills
