Your Role
As Associate UI/UX Designer at FINN, you will create digital experiences that combine intuitive design with measurable business impact. You will craft streamlined, conversion-focused interfaces for both web and app, ensuring our B2C and B2B customers enjoy a true e-commerce experience in the car industry. Working closely with product managers and engineers, you will bring a systems-thinking mindset to ensure your designs scale across our portal ecosystem.

Your Responsibilities
- Design clear and targeted customer experiences: Improve our customer experiences and build seamless, clear and conversion focused flows to provide our users a true digital-first experience becoming and being a FINN subscriber.
- Collaborate and influence: Work hand-in-hand with product managers, engineers and other cross-functional roles at FINN. Guide narratives and content that fit into our brand and resonate with customers. Be an advocate for Customer Obsession.
- Deliver intuitive, scalable designs: Create clean, reusable components aligned with FINN’s design that can be easily transitioned into development pipelines. Ship fast while iterating quickly around solutions.
- Contribute to design system evolution: Ensure consistency and scalability across web and mobile platforms.
Your Profile
- You have a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and ability to create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces (even if they’re university projects or personal work).
- You have a basic understanding of e-commerce or SaaS flows and are eager to learn how to design for conversion and usability.
- You are proficient with design tools like Figma and familiar with the principles of responsive and mobile-first design.
- You’re curious, open to feedback, and excited to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team with product managers and engineers.
- You enjoy thinking about user problems and are motivated to design simple, delightful solutions.
- You respond to changing priorities in an evolving business environment and coordinate multiple projects.
- You have excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Factors that may influence an employee's pay within this range include, but are not limited to, their experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, education level, seniority, and performance. The compensation for this role will be within the range of €44,500 - €56,000 + VSOP, depending on the factors described above, as assessed during the interview process. This is the lowest and highest salary that we in good faith believe to be fair for this role at the time of this posting. This compensation range may be subject to change in the future.
