In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

Deine Aufgaben im IBM CIC beinhalten:

Business-Kompetenz: Die Rolle erfordert ein Verständnis für die geschäftlichen Anforderungen von Kunden sowie die Fähigkeit, diese in technische Lösungen im Bereich Justice zu übersetzen.
Technisches Wissen: Ein fundiertes Verständnis der relevanten Technologien im Bereich Justice ist unerlässlich.
Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Die Fähigkeit, sowohl mit technischen als auch nicht-technischen Stakeholdern effektiv zu kommunizieren, ist entscheidend. Dazu gehört, komplexe technische Konzepte klar und verständlich zu präsentieren.
Problemlösungsfähigkeiten: Der/die Kandidat:in sollte in der Lage sein, Geschäftsprobleme zu identifizieren, zu analysieren und mithilfe geeigneter Technologien und Tools zu lösen.
Beratungskompetenz: Vertrautheit mit Beratungsmethoden sowie die Fähigkeit, Workshops zu leiten und Anforderungen aufzunehmen.

Required education

Required technical and professional expertise

Erfahrung im öffentlichen Sektor (z. B. Ministerien, Behörden, öffentliche Einrichtungen oder kommunale Verwaltungen)
Bestenfalls vereits vorhandene Sicherheitsfreigabe für den öffentlichen Bereich
Kenntnis öffentlicher Strukturen, Prozesse und Regularien – insbesondere in Beschaffungs-, Verwaltungs- oder IT-Projekten
Praxis in der Zusammenarbeit mit öffentlichen Auftraggebern
Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, technische und fachliche Inhalte adressatengerecht aufzubereiten
Team- und Kundenorientierung gepaart mit professionellem Auftreten
