We are looking for a capable Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand Uniyr’s business activities in Europe.
Responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, identifying new potential, generating leads and converting them into real opportunities for the Account Executives to take over. You will play an essential role in the company, meeting and surpassing business expectations and contributing to our Company’s rapid and sustainable growth.
Activities
Business Development
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships
- Identify new potential, generating leads and converting them into real opportunities for Account Executives to take over.
- Cultivate and build relationships within new and existing verticals at strategic level
- Identifying complimentary avenues to expand Unifyr’s footprint across Europe
- Attendance at events, exhibitions, and trade shows where relevant
- Set up meetings with potential clients and identifying their needs and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Assist in the preparation of tender and bid documents
- Utilising BI to assist in targeting new regions in education and emerging verticals
- Collaborate with team members across the Company to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams i.e. product and marketing
Market and Competitor Information
- Understand current sources of market and competitor information
- Identify sources of information on the market(s) in which Unifyr operates
- Identify sources of information on Unifyr’s main competitors and potential partners
- Create a system of regular market and competitor developments reporting to CEO, Execs and relevant staff
Requirements
- Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
- Clear track record of achieving targets in a commercial and sales environment
- Clear commercial and entrepreneurial aptitude
- Thorough understanding of marketing and objection handling
- Ability to learn about products and demonstrate to clients
- Knowledge of Channel Marketing (Desirable)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with prospecting tools and AI services for enrichment and message personalization
- Fluent in English with an understanding of German is desirable but not essential.
Team
As a BDR you will join a global team with colleagues in Europe and US.
