THE TEAM AND YOUR ROLE

As a Clinical Nursing Expert (all genders) in healthcare, you actively contribute your medical expertise to our team and help further develop our nursing module to be both functional and user-friendly. In close collaboration with developers, the Medical Team, and product managers, you design professional content, analyze clinical workflows, and integrate regulatory requirements directly into the software. Your contribution is central to advancing digital documentation solutions in everyday hospital care.

YOUR TASKS

• Analysis and description of existing nursing processes in hospitals, improvement of these processes, and development of concepts for digital implementation

• Professional design and expansion of existing content in our software, including enhancements to usability and efficiency

• Proactive further development of defined nursing processes and standards such as BAss / NANDA, ePA / LEP, as well as planning instruments like PPR 2.0, taking into account current nursing science, legal, and regulatory requirements

• Close collaboration with internal stakeholders (Medical, Product, Engineering teams) and external partners (hospital contacts) to ensure practical and clinically relevant implementation

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Training in nursing or a comparable field; an academic background in nursing science, nursing education, or nursing management is an advantage

• Several years of clinical experience as a nurse, preferably in a leadership role; experience with digitalisation topics is a plus

• Strong knowledge of current nursing documentation standards, including documentation systems and staffing planning tools such as NANDA, BAss, ePA / LEP, and PPR 2.0

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, along with enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration

• Structured, analytical, and conceptual way of working

• Fluent German and English skills
