• You are the central point of contact for all compliance matters and are building a high-performing compliance team.
• Youleadthepreparation, execution, andfollow-upofinternalandexternalauditstoensurecompliancewith legal requirementsand international standards such as ISO 27001 andTISAX.
• Youworkcloselywiththemanagementboardandotherexecutivestodevelopandimplementcompany-widecompliancegovernanceframeworks.
• Youensurethat digital businessprocessesareregulatory-compliantandthatinternalpoliciesareconsistentlyadheredto.
• Youfoster a company-widecultureofintegrity, accountability, andtransparencythroughtargetedtraining initiatives andinternalcommunication.
• Youfurtherdevelopexistingmanagementsystemsandstreamlineprocessestoefficiently roll out certificationsacross additional businessunits.
• Youtakethelead in projectsfortheintroductionofnewcertifications, processoptimization, andthecontinuousimprovementofexistingstructures.

Anforderungsprofil

• 4-6 years of experience in compliance, law, project management, or information security
• Recognized advisor to senior management with the ability to align compliance initiatives with business objectives
• Strong methodological and structured approach to work
• Solid knowledge of ISO 27001 or TISAX
• Proven ability to quickly build trust and work effectively with diverse teams
• Deep understanding of how compliance impacts business success
• Motivation to grow professionally and gain exposure to new standards
• University degree in law, information security, or a related field
• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and TISAX
