• providing expert advice to clients on sustainability matters, including the development and execution of tailored sustainability strategies and programs
• Identifying, designing, and implementing initiatives to support clients in achieving their sustainability targets
• developing key sustainability performance indicators and managing comprehensive reporting frameworks
• conducting in-depth sustainability assessments to evaluate funding opportunities during the transition of buildings into green, sustainable assets
• creating sustainability guidelines covering carbon management, EU taxonomy compliance, green bonds, ESG criteria, smart scores, and QNG standards
• advising on construction-related certification and sustainability concepts
• consulting our clients on all aspects of sustainable construction, circular economy and life cycle assessment
• identifying and implementing continuous improvements to sustainability data by utilising and supporting new, innovative solutions (automation, AI, etc.)
• supporting our clients in finding the right solutions to deal with the strategic, regulatory and technical challenges of decarbonisation

You...

• have a successfully completed degree in sustainability, environmental management, energy management, or a comparable qualification in property management with a focus on sustainability
• have experience consulting companies in the field of sustainability
• have knowledge in developing and implementing sustainability strategies and programs
• have experience conducting sustainability analyses and assessments
• have expertise in preparing ESG and sustainability reports
• have strong German skills, both written and spoken
• work professionally and independently, with a confident and positive presence
• feel confident in the Microsoft Office world
