We are looking for a qualified and dedicated employee to fill a parental leave position on a temporary basis at an international company based between Augsburg and Munich as soon as possible.

Your Tasks:

• Drive and analyze R&D, cost, and headcount controlling, with focus on transparency and accuracy
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in line with IFRS, using consolidation tools
• Monitor project budgets and variances, providing insights and recommendations
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning
• Partner closely with operations and R&D leadership to ensure sensible financial decisions
• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, relevant audit requirements, and IFRS standards

Your Profile:

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or similar
• Strong financial background with a good understanding of accounting
• Minimum of three years' relevant experience in financial controlling within a multinational company
• Experience in automotive industry preferred, other industrial sectors will be considered
• Profound knowledge of IFRS and experience with consolidation/reporting tools (SAP, SAP-FC or equivalent)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English, German language skills or other languages are beneficial
• Strong team spirit and communication skills
