Your responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled auditor with a primary focus in crucial areas of IT, AI and cybersecurity to join our diverse team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead transformative initiatives while contributing to the overall strategic direction of BSH and our audit department.
- Providing assurance and strategic advice to senior management by conducting audits and advisory assignments
- Serve as our conceptual visionary and ambassador for digitalization, shaping the digital roadmap of the audit department.
- Own and drive digital initiatives from concept to impact, turning innovative ideas into real-world value.
- Master the usage of cutting-edge technology, particularly GenAI, Agentic AI, and RAG, act as the go-to expert for the department.
- Inspire your colleagues to translate concepts into effective AI use cases that produce significant results.
Your profile
- University degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a digitalization, business, or auditing role.
- In-depth understanding of digitalization, including prompting and agentic AI, with a high ambition to achieve real-world impact.
- A passionate driver of change with a mindset of "fail fast, learn faster”; resilience to iterate and a passion for steering AI toward excellence.
- Excellent conceptual thinking with a successful record of converting concepts into actionable roadmaps and practical use cases.
- Proven track record of driving change; Open to international travel (30–40% of working time).
