Your Responsibilities:

As Corporate Performance Manager, you will bridge strategy and execution, working at the intersection of finance, operations, IT, and business development to deliver groupwide impact:

• Lead Strategic Initiatives: Design, manage, and track performance programs including efficiency improvements, cost optimization, pricing strategies, and working capital measures
• Drive Cross-Divisional Excellence: Facilitate collaboration across business units, multiply best practices, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives
• Optimize Performance: Analyze KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and develop actionable solutions that enhance profitability and operational efficiency
• Manage Complex Projects: Oversee implementation of strategic programs, including post-merger integration, shared services development, and process transformation
• Enable Data-Driven Decisions: Deliver insightful analysis and compelling presentations to stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite
• Act as Internal Consultant: Provide tailored expertise and solutions, supporting business units in achieving their financial and operational targets

Your Profile:

• Advanced degree (Master's/Diploma)in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Technology Management or related field
• 7+ years in controlling, sales operations, supply chain, business/process excellence, business development, or deal management
• Proven track record managing complex initiatives
• Strong ability to think beyond silos and lead initiatives that connect teams and departments
• Proficient in SAP/BW, Power BI, MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
• Comfortable with AI tools and digital analytics
• Deep understanding of financial reporting, KPI frameworks, and data interpretation
• Tagetik knowledge is a plus
• Strategic mindset with ability to translate complexity into clarity
• Exceptional communicator who presents confidently to any audience
• Natural collaborator skilled at persuading and aligning diverse stakeholders
• Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and drives results
• Adaptable navigator who thrives in fast-paced, changing environments
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
