Your tasks:

• Processing of security incident tickets according to the playbook

• Use of provided security dashboards as instructed
• Accurate documentation in the ticket system
• Creating new entries in the knowledge base for previously unknown error situations
• Execution of Level 1 tasks including standard incident response activities
• Proper escalation during 24/7 on-call duty
• Contribution to the creation of work instructions and playbooks
• Preparation of required documentation and presentation of work results

Your qualifications:

• The job requires knowledge and skills typically acquired through a relevant completed vocational training of at least three years in the field of information technology or comparable vocational training along with subject-specific additional qualifications. The required overall knowledge and experience may also have been obtained through other means.

• Knowledge and initial experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility
• Knowledge and experience in information security
• Knowledge and experience related to IT security and IT risk solutions
• Basic knowledge of national and international IT standards and frameworks
• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written (C1)
• Good English skills, both spoken and written (B2)
• Analytical skills and a goal-oriented working approach
• High motivation, structured and organized way of working
• Confident and convincing demeanor, as well as strong communication skills in German and English
• Team spirit, resilience, and creativity
