YOUR TASKS

• You advise clients on the further development of their cybersecurity strategy with a focus on governance, risk & compliance as well as regulatory requirements in the European environment.
• You will support the classification, evaluation and implementation of regulatory initiatives such as eIDAS 2.0, NIS2, DORA or related EU regulations in the context of existing IT and security structures.
• You will assist clients in analyzing and assessing cyber and IT risks and derive practical recommendations for risk minimization.
• You develop and refine governance, policy and control concepts for cybersecurity, identities and access management – ​​tailored to the organization, maturity level and business model.
• You design, organize, and moderate workshops, assessments, and management formats on topics such as EUDI wallets, identity and trust services, cyber GRC, or regulatory compliance.
• You will take responsibility for IT and cybersecurity projects, coordinate stakeholders from specialist departments, IT, security and compliance, and ensure structured implementation.
• You prepare analysis results, decision-making criteria and roadmaps in a way that is tailored to the target audience of management and project teams, and present them confidently and convincingly.
• You monitor regulatory, technological and market-related developments in the field of cybersecurity and digital identity and derive relevant impulses for client projects and new consulting approaches from them.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a good to very good completed (Master's) degree in economics, (business) informatics, a technical, scientific, mathematical or related discipline.
• You bring 1-2 years of professional experience to the role of Consultant.
• You are interested in issues surrounding cybersecurity, digital identities (e.g., EUDI wallet), governance, risk & compliance, and their integration into modern IT and business processes.
• You work in a structured and pragmatic way and can quickly familiarize yourself with new issues.
• You have an open and empathetic personality.
• You are a team player, motivated, willing to perform, flexible, communicative and proactive.
• You are a generalist with a basic understanding of technology, are not afraid of technical concepts, and enjoy building bridges between development and management.
• You are motivated by the impact and personal growth you achieve through working in a team and with and for our customers.
• You are proficient in using MS Office, especially Outlook and PowerPoint.
• You are ready to travel
• You have very good German and English skills (at least C1 level in both languages)
