• Design of central guidelines for the bank's data governance and monitoring of the data governance compliance status for BCBS 239
• Coordination and alignment of all data governance topics at the interface between business departments, IT, data stewards and management
• Organization and moderation of data and governance committees
• Revision and optimization of internal processes and instructions with creative solution-oriented approaches and outside-the-box thinking
• Ensuring compliance and implementation of regulatory requirements in data management and continuously expanding expert knowledge, even in peripheral areas
• Carrying out the annual data governance validation and technical collaboration on the central data management framework

What sets you apart

• A completed university degree with a business, technical or data-related focus, e.g., business informatics, computer science, mathematics, statistics, data science, economics or comparable courses
• Several years of professional and project experience in a management consultancy, auditing firm or in relevant business areas of a bank
• Profound experience in the implementation of regulatory requirements and/or data management
• Strong strategic and conceptual skills, a sense of responsibility, innovative strength and the ability to communicate complex topics appropriately
• Excellent teamwork and cooperation skills, coupled with proactive action and the ability to manage cross-departmental interfaces
• Fluent German and English skills for secure communication with internal and external stakeholders
