What We Do

• Grant Funding: We assist our clients in securing up to EUR 15 million in tax-free, non-dilutive cash through government grants
• Debt Fundraising: We assist our clients in raising venture debt with our network, process, and document support
• FundedOS: Our proprietary SaaS solution streamlines all aspects of our consulting services and serves as a standalone platform for clients who prefer a self-service approach to non-dilutive fundraising

As a Debt Consultant, you will

• Take a key role in shaping and developing the company’s dedicated debt funding service line, from strategy and operational processes to market positioning and client acquisition
• Manage and lead the end-to-end process for securing debt funding, ensuring clients achieve optimal results and access to the most suitable financial instruments
• Build and implement customized processes for clients, streamlining debt funding applications and maximizing efficiency and success rates

Candidates interested in this role, should

• Possess native or bilingual German language skills
• Possess a Bachelor’s/ ideally a Master's degree from any academic background
• Have done a minimum of two/ ideally three internship/working student positions in relevant sectors, i.e. Consulting, Banking, Investment firm, VC-funded venture
• Have worked on relevant debt projects with involvement in either the issuance or raising of debt
