As a Senior Fullstack Developer (m/f/d), you take ownership of the continuous evolution of our core platform and actively help shape our technology. As a key member of the development team, you contribute directly to our success.

- take technical ownership of core components across development, testing, deployment, and operations of our globally deployed IoT software platform.
- You contribute to the ongoing development of our core software – with a focus on scalability, performance, and usability – and actively shape technical and architectural decisions.
- Actively shape our development roadmap, contribute new ideas and take responsibility from conception to rollout
- You continuously evolve our technology stack and collaboratively evaluate new tools, frameworks, and architectural patterns within the team.
- also take on varied, interdisciplinary tasks – such as leading technical customer demos.

What you bring to the table

You…

- have 5+ years of experience in backend development with NodeJS, ideally based on Typescript and have also worked with low-level languages such as Go.
- are familiar with industrial automation protocols such as OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus TCP or Siemens S7.
- know how to use LLMs and AI agents to your advantage – whether for automation, debugging or creative solutions.
- have experience in the design, use and extension of REST APIs.
- have experience in deploying and operating modern software – whether via Docker, Kubernetes, GitOps or classic CI/CD pipelines.
- enjoy technical discussions, take responsibility for your code and find pragmatic solutions – even under time pressure.
- are familiar with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue or Angular – or work closely with the frontend team to enable seamless interfaces.
- have a good feel for UX, can communicate technical concepts clearly and convince with your ideas – in the team or with the customer.
- have a degree in computer science or comparable studies
- are familiar with relational and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, MySQL or InfluxDB – whether for transactional data, time series or scalable data storage.

You don’t have to be proficient in everything, but you do have sound experience in several of these areas and have the ambition to develop yourself further in a targeted manner. Your German language skills are at C2 level and you are resident in Germany.
