You will develop and implement efficient and scalable solutions to improve and automate our modern hybrid infrastructure processes.
You will work closely with development teams to facilitate the integration of new applications into our Azure and container landscape.
You will build tools and services to monitor and improve the performance of our infrastructure and ensure its continuous optimization.
You will evaluate and integrate new technologies to create innovative solutions for complex challenges and modernize the infrastructure.
You will develop and implement efficient and scalable solutions to improve and automate our modern hybrid infrastructure processes.
You will work closely with development teams to facilitate the integration of new applications into our Azure and container landscape.
You will build tools and services to monitor and improve the performance of our infrastructure and ensure its continuous optimization.

As a Wohntraumervollerzeuger, you will bring with you:
A degree in computer science or comparable training in the field of software development
Solid practical experience in software development and with CI/CD pipelines and scripting languages (e.g. Python, Go or JavaScript)
Knowledge of automation using Puppet, Terraform, Ansible or Kubernetes
Very good written and spoken German and English skills, as well as the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to different stakeholders

I started as a working student in the "Configuration Excellence" squad and originally supported the squad with front-end development. I now work primarily in the backend. The main task of our squad is to develop a basic framework that allows other squads to configure their features. In this way, we provide the basis for creating permissions and configurations. I particularly like the diversity of decisions that we as a squad have to make every day, for example with regard to the architecture of our services. The harmonious collaboration, knowledge transfer and mutual support within the squad drive the achievement of personal as well as joint goals, which is very motivating for me.

Since the beginning of 2022, I have been working at the Interhyp Group as a Senior Engineer in the UI area. My main task is to further develop the market overview area in the financing process. I work together with my colleagues from backend engineering, product development, quality assurance and UX design. We create concepts, identify optimization measures and develop new features. As a UI Engineer, my job is to be a link between UX design and backend API in order to find appropriate solutions that connect the two worlds. Therefore, the tasks in this role are very diverse. It's this constant variety that makes every day fun and prevents boredom from setting in.

We ensure that it functions smoothly and delights our users. From the frontend and backend to deployment in Kubernetes, we are building a future-proof architecture, which is simply a lot of fun.

NodeJS: We also use Typescript with NodeJS on the backend. Especially with our microservice architecture and scaffolding, it's fast and super easy to use.
ArgoCD: We used ArgoCD to deploy our microservices in Kubernetes quickly and efficiently.
Apache Kafka: Ensures all asynchronous communication between our microservices.
Vault: This is where all our secrets are stored securely.
Terraform: Terraform is our first choice for deploying our applications to the Azure Cloud.

Oracle: When we need to store larger and more complex data structures, we use the Oracle Database.

MongoDB: For our microservices, leaner databases like MongoDB are clearly advantageous and therefore very popular with the development teams.
