Preferable location in the United Kingdom or Germany, but can be flexible for the right candidate.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Ad Operations teams to support client goals, resolve issues, and proactively surface insights. This is an individual contributor role ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on execution, customer-facing strategy, and operational excellence.

- Build trusted relationships with customers by delivering value, transparency, and data-driven recommendations.
- Facilitate regular check-ins and performance reviews to communicate ROI and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify upsell and renewal opportunities and partner with Sales to support strategic growth planning.
- Advocate for the customer internally—sharing key feedback, difficulties, and feature requests with the Operations, Billing, and Finance teams.
- Collaborate with Operations, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth, timely program implementation.
- Review performance data and audience insights to provide actionable recommendations and optimization strategies.
- Provide input on targeting strategies, creative best practices, and platform execution to align with client objectives.
- Support proposal preparation, order forms, billing coordination, and data reporting deliverables.
- Recommend improvements to internal tools and processes that enhance program delivery and customer experience.
- Help develop and refine client onboarding and success resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business, or equivalent
- 3-5 years in customer success, digital media, or eCommerce account management—preferably in ad tech, SaaS, or online retail environments - or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising, campaign performance metrics, and e-commerce workflows (e.g., product listings, traffic drivers, sales enablement).
- Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM), Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders at once.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.
- Strategic thinker with attention to detail, curiosity, and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with the electronics or supply chain industry is a plus, but not required.
