Your tasks
- Build up and lead a multi-site team and a new product line for rf plasma amplifiers
- Contribute to product strategy and implementation through systematic project management
- Close collaboration with product management, especially in the USA, and other development teams
- Entrepreneurial evaluation and initiation of partnerships
- Coaching and training of team members
- Reporting to Senior Director

Your qualifications
- Masters degree or PhD in electrical engineering, communications engineering or physics
- Experience with RF generators and matching networks for RF plasma applications (e.g. semiconductor production or PV cell coating)
- Several years of professional experience in this field or, alternatively, in plasma generation in the semiconductor industry
- Leadership experience of highly qualified R&D teams incl. project responsibility desirable
- Ideally, industry expertise in semiconductor production
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Ability to motivate a team, focus on shared goal, inspire and confidently lead with new ideas
- Understand customer needs andability to communicate with different interfaces
- Reliability, assertiveness and negotiating skills
- Fluent in English, good knowledge of German
