Our Wholesale DACH / TWS Department in Munich (Germany) is looking for a
District Manager (m/f/d) (100%)
(the role covers the Northern part of Germany, convenient locations:
Hannover, Dortmund, Düsseldorf)
Your Responsibilities:
- Personnel management, coaching and motivation of the sales reps in the district
- Responsible for the achievement and implementation of corporate goals in the region
- Range advice and space planning / business plan creation / implementation / controlling
- Assortment requirement development in cooperation with brand management
- Cooperation and demand management of marketing needs
- Budget responsibility, administration and controlling
- Top customer support with action planning and agreements / holding annual meetings
- Forecast planning (monthly, incl. follow-up & biweekly calculation) in close collaboration with Head of Wholesale Field and Distance Retail DACH
- Acquisition of new customers & business models as well as planning of new product collections
- Customer service support (e.g. order tracking, case management, monitoring open orders + order entry, etc.)
- Coordination, support and deployment planning of internal and external sales teams and trainers
- Supporting retailers in the area of omnichannel
- Tracking and evaluation of sales competitors
- Participation in European meetings (e.g. strategy, collection, disposition, etc.)
Your ideal profile:
- You possess solid proven experience as a sales representative or in a comparable position
- You’re experienced in people management
- You have strong MS Office skills as well as MAP, SAP, Salesforce, colect, InRiver, Bynder experience
- You have very good knowledge of traditional wholesale channel
- You have developed strong organizational and planning skills
- You have excellent written and verbal communication
- You are proficient in German and English language, both spoken and written
