The Amazon SCOT organization is expanding our Vendor Integration Operations (VIO) team:
We are looking for a Program Manager to support Amazon’s Retail and Direct Fulfillment electronic integration solutions which use both EDI and API to connect Amazon to the top 20% of vendors who in total enable more than 80% of the selection for Amazon.
Key job responsibilities
The EDI Program Manager will:
* Deliver timely, accurate and professional technical support and information relating to all of our world-wide automation solutions for both integrated vendors and those who are in progress integrating to Amazon through our Vendor Central automation workflows.
* Coordinate large-scale communications to clients around improvements, policies, and procedures.
* Develop & maintain Amazon B2B/EDI mapping, documentation and specifications.
* Own complex change management and improvement projects and programs.
* Channel vendor feedback to product management, software development teams and leadership.
GRUNDQUALIFIKATIONEN
- Experience working with XML, JSON, EDIFACT, X12 and other electronic integration message formats
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex EDI/API failures and end-to-end business process analysis and problem solving.
- Experience with EDI communications standards, protocols and security: AS2, standard VAN-based EDI, FTP, SFTP, HTTPS, and Web services
- Experience with rotational on-call duties and real-time live-system responsibility
- Experience working with UNIX, XML, X12 and EDIFACT is a plus
BEVORZUGTE QUALIFIKATIONEN
- Experience with rotational/follow the sun on-call duties and real-time live-system responsibility.
- Experience with business process analytics: BI systems, analysis tools, SQL, data mining.
- Experience working with UNIX or scripting in one or more technology
