Your profile:
- Completed technical or commercial training, with a focus on fleet management
- Strong economic understanding of fleet management
- Several years of experience in fleet management
- Knowledge of cost controlling and KPI reporting
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Very good market knowledge in the areas of leasing, vehicle manufacturers and car dealerships
- High commitment to sustainability and electromobility
Your tasks:
- Responsibility for the planning, control and optimization of the entire fleet
- Ensuring economical use and availability of vehicles
- Monitoring compliance with relevant legal regulations and environmental standards
- Coordination of maintenance and repair work including deadline monitoring
- Negotiate with service providers, suppliers and leasing companies
- Ensure development and implementation of cost optimization measures
- Implement and maintain a digital fleet management system
- Conduct training and briefing of drivers regarding safety and sustainability aspects
- Creation of reports as well as analyses of costs, utilization and efficiency
