Flight Scheduling Clerk (m|w|d)

Your tasks

• As a flight dispatcher, you will be responsible for the organization and handling of worldwide repatriations for our patients by scheduled flight, including booking in Amadeus and medical clarification with the airlines.
• You will also plan and organize patient repatriations with the ambulance aircraft of the ADAC fleet and coordinate worldwide ambulance flights with partner companies.
• In addition, you will be responsible for organizing and commissioning ground or air-bound airport transport in Germany and abroad.
• You will also manage the deployment planning of the accompanying medical personnel and the ADAC fleet and ensure that the entire transport chain is monitored.
• In the course of your work, you will ensure compliance with the applicable ADAC quality standards and specifications with regard to medical and economic factors.

Your profile

• You have completed training in the tourism sector (tourism specialist, travel agent) or have already worked in the assistance sector for several years.
• You communicate confidently in written and spoken English and ideally speak another foreign language.
• Medical knowledge is an advantage.
• You have excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• You also have an independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working.
• Your confident manner and high stress resistance round off your profile.
• Ideally, you are already familiar with the Amadeus booking system.
• The willingness to work in shifts until 23:00 (also on Sundays and public holidays, no night shift) is no obstacle for you.
