alago fixes this by putting existing data to work, instead of letting documentation gather dust. We help teams eliminate double data entry and manual busywork by connecting to existing tools, processing project data, and automating workflows between people and AI. Tasks
This role is about building the machine while we’re scaling it. You’ll work at the heart of the company with direct exposure to customers — and take real ownership from day one.
🧱 GTM Evangelist (≈ 50%) & Engineer
- You will build new prospects and a revenue pipeline through outbound prospecting
- You will design and launch go-to-market experiments, uncovering new customer segments and learning first-hand what works in the real world.
- You know how to use the internet’s knowledge power to learn any skills from scratch. This will be key since you will own, test, and iterate on some of our 19+ growth channels
- You will learn a life hack: How to win people and establish strong relationships out of nothing, even in the hardest environment.
- Tribes: You will work with account executives, marketing, customer success, and product
🚤 Speedboats (≈ 50%)
You’ll take on fast-moving projects that drive growth, such as:
- Automating processes with tools like Notion, Airtable, or Zapier
- Supporting business-side hiring
- Supporting pricing strategy, customer discovery, and fundraising prep

Work experience:
- Must: You have worked full-time before, at least as a working student or intern
- You built believability already: You built and achieved results in (part of) the revenue engine in sales, marketing, and customer success
- You worked for rapid-growth companies before
- You have collected relevant industry experience

2. Intro Call (25 min)
A short conversation with Janick or Ann-Christin to learn more about your background, motivations, and what drives you. We’ll also give you a brief intro to Alago, the role, and answer any initial questions.
3. Second Call (25 min)
A deeper dive into our product vision, current challenges, and our Go-to-Market strategy. You’ll get an inside view of what we’re working on, and we’ll explore how you think and where you could have an immediate impact.
4. Case Study (half day in the office)
Join us in Munich to tackle a real challenge together. This could include:
- Customer & GTM: Run through a mock customer conversation — show how you’d respond to inbound interest or structure discovery.
- Strategy & Ops: Help us analyze and solve a current internal question (e.g. pricing model, partnership concept, operational bottleneck).
- Product & Delivery: Join a product session and help synthesize user feedback or shape next steps for one of our pilots.
This day is designed to give you a realistic sense of the role — and us a clear impression of how you work, communicate, and think on your feet.
