Your core tasks:

First impressions count, especially at the front desk. You don’t just greet guests, customers and employees, you give them a warm welcome.
As the first point of contact, you will correspond with business partners.
They have been inspired by luxury hotels and create and hand out visitor passes as if it were the room card for the Presidential Suite.
After you have also greeted the letter carrier, make sure that letters and parcels find their way to the recipient.
You are happy to reserve a parking space for announced guests.
After a long journey, guests will be delighted to receive a refreshing drink, which you serve with a smile.
Thanks to you, the meeting rooms are always ready – even for spontaneous meetings.
The guests are curious, you satisfy their curiosity and hand out brochures and further information.

Your requirements:

Your competent appearance will definitely be remembered.
You are very well organized both privately and professionally, which is evident in your structured way of working.
Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint: You have the usual MS Office skills.

You greet guests, customers and applicants in German, English and perhaps even other foreign languages.
