About the role:

The position is ideal for a senior engineer (8+ years) who’s confident with UVM, enjoys leading small teams, and is comfortable interfacing directly with clients. You would be working in the consumer electronics space, covering microcontrollers, graphics chips, LED drivers, and more.

What you will be doing:

• Lead UVM-based verification projects
• Mentor junior engineers and manage small teams
• Client-facing and highly technical
• Hybrid work setup – flexibility included
• Projects in microcontroller, LED driver, graphics chip domains

Requirements:

• 8+ years in functional verification (UVM + SystemVerilog)
• Experience leading teams and owning projects
• Specman experience is a bonus (not essential)
• Already in Munich or open to relocating
