For our Intensive Care Medicine department in Munich Pasing, we are looking for you as soon as possible as a

Healthcare and Nursing Specialist Intensive Care and IMC (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time.

• Working with state-of-the-art medical technology & monitoring systems
• Implementation of emergency measures with initiation of resuscitation in the intensive care unit and as REA on-call throughout the hospital
• Structured processes & evidence-based care: care of patients according to the latest scientific findings & independent assumption of comprehensive care, as well as monitoring of patients on ventilators and patients at vital risk
• Carrying out treatment care according to a doctor's prescription, taking into account the specific situation and required hygiene guidelines
• Providing psychosocial care and counseling for patients and their relatives
• Goal-oriented work & interdisciplinary exchange in a multi-professional team
• IMC area for intermediate care patients
• Intensive team spirit & regular case discussions

Qualified nurse (m/f/d), preferably with intensive care/IMC experience

Technical understanding & interest in high-care medicine

Ability to work under pressure, precision & empathy

Willingness to work a 3-shift system incl. weekends/holidays

Specialist training (e.g. intensive care/anaesthesia) desirable

You have commitment, reliability and a high degree of team spirit

High social skills and an exceptional sense of responsibility characterize you
