Job Description

We're looking for a proactive and collaborative Growth Manager to join our Own Brands Food team. You will manage projects across different stages of our value chain, ensuring they deliver measurable business impact. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll connect people, ideas, and resources to make projects happen and continuously look for ways to improve how we work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Own and manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and quality goals. Develop clear project plans, objectives, and team setups.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple departments and levels. Ensure transparent, consistent communication with all stakeholders, including regular reporting and alignment on project progress.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analysis to make informed decisions, measure project success, and identify opportunities for growth. Present findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote an open culture of continuous improvement. Identify needs and opportunities for the team, processes, and workflows, including handling escalation topics for stakeholders.
  • Expert Knowledge: Become an expert in your area (e.g., operational processes, marketing initiatives) and be a driving force for change at zooplus.
  • Training and Development: Organise and run workshops and training on tools, processes, and methods to enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications

  • University degree in business administration, entrepreneurship, innovation, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in project management, product management, consulting, or change management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with understanding of business processes and technical tools.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to self-start and work in international/remote teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); German is a plus.
  • Experience in E-Commerce, preferably with exposure to Own Brands or Pet Food industries.
