To strengthen our team, we are looking for you to join us as a Housekeeping Supervisor (m/f/d) in full-time at the earliest opportunity.

- Responsibility for the cleanliness and order of our guest rooms, floors, public areas of the hotel, and outdoor spaces
- Inspecting rooms and public areas after cleaning to ensure compliance with our high-quality standards
- Supporting the housekeeping management in the administration of daily activities
- Coordinating tasks and planning room cleaning schedules
- Acting as a liaison to coordinate the work of housekeeping, maintenance, front office, and laundry
- Documenting and resolving issues with discrepancies in rooms in collaboration with the front desk
- Preparing, distributing, and communicating changes in room occupancy
- Providing information about available rooms ready for guests
- Several years of experience in housekeeping
- Ideally, experience with Opera
- A keen eye for detail
- Knowledge of and experience with cleaning products
- A high level of commitment, teamwork, and a strong service mindset
- A friendly and approachable manner
- Good knowledge of German and English
