Key Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Communication Strategy:
  Develop and implement a cohesive communication strategy aligned with global and local priorities, including the use of omnichannel approaches to support launch assets.
• Advocacy and Network Strategy:
  Build and maintain strategic relationships with medical thought leaders and expert networks, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration.
• Transfer and Implementation of Network Strategies:
  Ensure network strategies are effectively transferred to relevant teams and implemented to support organizational goals.
• Insight Generation and Integration:
  Establish standardized methods for generating high-quality insights from medical Voice-of-Customer (mVOC) sources.
  Translate insights into actionable strategies and integrate them into dynamic engagement plans.
  Represent local insight processes at the global level, ensuring quality, consistency, and traceability of documentation to support AI-driven learning and decision-making.
• Capability Building:
  Collaborate with capability leads to design and implement plans that foster engagement excellence and support team development.

Qualifications & Skills

• University degree in medicine, pharmacy, or life sciences; a PhD is highly desirable.
• Several years of experience in medical field roles, Medical Affairs, or strategic communication functions, with a proven ability to deliver impactful results.
• Ability to foster cross-functional collaboration and build strategic networks to drive success.
• Hands-on experience with omnichannel communication strategies and insight management.
• Excellent analytical skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach to working.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, paired with a proactive and inspiring mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to engage directly with stakeholders and teams.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, to thrive in a global environment.
