Your profile:
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
- Zudem bringen Sie Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Kundenservice oder Telemarketing mit
- Zeigen eine hohe Affinität zu technischen Produkten wie Robotik, Künstlicher Intelligenz oder IoT
- Der sichere Umgang mit Präsentationswerkzeugen (wie z.B. PowerPoint) sowie CRM-Systemen ist gegeben
- Darüber hinaus zeichnen Sie sich durch ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Organisationsgeschick und Teamorientierung aus
Your tasks:
- Akquisition neuer Accounts & Proaktive Ansprache potenzieller Kunden
- Vereinbarung von Terminen für den Außendienst
- Bearbeitung von Leads & Durchführung von Bedarfsanalysen bei Kunden
- Kommunikation und Beratung der Kunden
- Pflege des CRM-Systems sowie Datenmanagement
- Erstellung regelmäßiger Reports zur Pipeline sowie zu Vertriebsaktivitäten
- Analyse relevanter Kennzahlen zur Ableitung erforderlicher Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung
