Your profile:
- You have completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
- You also have experience in sales, customer service or telemarketing
- Show a high affinity for technical products such as robotics, artificial intelligence or IoT
- Confident handling of presentation tools (such as PowerPoint) and CRM systems is a given
- In addition, you are characterized by strong communication skills, organizational skills and team orientation
Your tasks:
- Acquisition of new accounts & proactive approach to potential customers
- Arranging appointments for field service
- Processing leads & conducting needs analyses for customers
- Communication and advice to customers
- Maintenance of the CRM system and data management
- Preparation of regular reports on the pipeline and sales activities
- Analysis of relevant key figures to derive necessary measures for improvement
