As the ”Corporate Underwriting Cyber” department, we support Munich Re Group’s client facing units with our multi-disciplinary cyber insurance expertise and facilitate writing profitable cyber insurance. We are accountable for the risk management function for our worldwide cyber business in reinsurance and primary insurance. This includes assessing accumulation potentials, maintaining portfolio transparency, developing underwriting tools and standards, and driving projects on cyber innovation and investments. We are looking for a passionate and engaged intern who supports our cyber data analytics team. The team is building a proprietary Munich Re cyber database and provides key insights for cyber re-/insurance, one of Munich Re’s strategic areas of growth.

Are you a data-savvy person, who would like to be a part of an agile, international and multi-disciplinary team as a full-time intern for 4 to 6 months? Would you like to program, analyze data and work on complex topics in a DAX40 company? Then we are looking forward to your application! Possible start dates: beginning September 1st.

Students from countries outside the EU require a German residence-/work permit. The first master’s degree may not have been completed before/during the entire internship.
