ABOUT

Become a part of our group labour relations team by joining us from earliest 1st November 2025. 

• Assist in coordinating with employee representation bodies on global projects
• Support the implementation of IT tools while ensuring compliance with co-determination rights
• Your conduct research and prepare briefings on collective labour law topics
• Help organize meetings and prepare materials for internal and external stakeholders
• Create presentations and reports for decision-making purposes

• Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Business Law, Human Resources, or a related field with a focus on labour law
• Strong interest in collective labour law and co-determination topics
• You have excellent communication and teamwork skills and a structured and proactive working style
• Open-minded and interested in working in an international environment
• You are fluent in German and have very good English language skills 

/ A competitive remuneration
We pay 1.952,00 € per month for a 35 hours working week (as of January 1st: 2.116,00 €)
