As an Intern Strategic Process Optimization (all genders), you’ll be an essential part of an experienced team that drives exciting projects and helps bring our product to parking spaces everywhere.

What to expect

• Support the business: Actively contribute to the Operational Excellence team by tackling daily challenges and pushing forward strategic initiatives.
• Take ownership: From day one, you’ll take responsibility for our tools, keep processes running smoothly, and help create new structures.
• Strategic initiatives: Work together with your team on strategic projects that directly impact the success of both the department and the company.
• Question and optimize processes: Critically analyze existing workflows to develop efficient and scalable processes.
• Grow with us: You’ll collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, gaining unique insights into Wemolo and how we operate.

Inspire us by

• Academic background: You’re currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, or a related field
• Initial practical experience: You’ve already completed relevant internships or gained comparable experience — ideally in a dynamic environment such as a start-up
• Hands-on mentality: You don’t just identify problems — you actively work on solutions and take ownership of your projects
• Technical skills: Experience with tools such as Make, Airtable, Salesforce, or G-Suite is a plus
• Language skills: Fluent English skills; German skills are a plus
• Office culture: You’ll be based in Munich during your internship
