Aufgabenfeld

• Full responsibility for international large-scale projects with a project volume of at least €500M
• Manage the entire project life cycle – from planning through engineering, logistics, installation, and commissioning
• Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary teams in complex, multicultural environments
• Interface management between internal departments, clients, suppliers, and partners
• Ensure budget compliance, risk management, contracts, and regulatory topics
• Represent the company in front of senior stakeholders and decision-makers ️
• Regular long-term travel assignments to a dynamic and demanding international project region ️

Anforderungsprofil

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
• More than 10 years of experience in managing international large-scale projects (≥ €100M)
• Proven track record in leading multicultural teams on-site
• Fluent in English and French is mandatory ️
• Strong communication, assertiveness, and intercultural competence
• Certifications such as PMP or Prince2 are an advantage
