Your Role
As Business & Tech Strategy Intern in the CTO Office, you will report to Henriette, our Chief of Staff to the CTO, and support our CTO Andi on day-to-day operations and strategic projects. You’ll gain hands-on experience driving initiatives, shaping processes, and collaborating with senior leaders to build our next-gen car subscription platform.

Your Responsibilities
- Manage and drive your projects: At FINN, you will get responsibility from day one. All projects will have a critical impact on our company and directly relate to making mobility fun and sustainable.
- Support the business: Help us master daily challenges like communication and preparation of meetings, reporting, as well as automating manual tasks and get deep insights into the IT landscape, departments, and the entire company.
- Be part of our biggest internal project: We constantly aim to improve our existing setup for efficiency. Help us build the next-gen car subscription platform across all departments to enable our company's growth from a technical standpoint.
- Strive for excellence and learn from the team: You will collaborate with experienced peers from various backgrounds. You strive to deliver high-quality results, paying close attention to detail and sharing your ideas.
Your Profile
- Studying or about to graduate in Computer Science, cross-disciplinary Technology and Business studies, or a related field at a top-tier university.
- Available for at least 6 months.
- Interested in working with Engineering, Product, Data, as well as Automation teams, and enjoying technical discussions.
- Initial experience in consulting, high-growth startups, or another fast-paced environment.
- Ability to respond to changing priorities in an evolving business environment.
- Impressive solution orientation with new, creative approaches on how to overcome challenges.
- Strong growth mindset and the motivation to quickly understand and absorb new information.
- Fluency in English and German.
