Job Summary

At tado° we believe, that we can no longer afford to waste energy. We are creating solutions to optimise energy consumption at home while increasing comfort. We develop technologies that raise the bar and question the status quo – with an interdisciplinary team that is continuously growing.
For our internal engineering team we are looking for a Technical Support Agent. As part of the technical support team you will work directly with our customers to answer their technical questions and to adjust tado° to their needs. You will be responsible for solving technical support tickets from tado° customers Europe-wide as well as developing tools for standard solutions.
If you are not afraid of challenges and want to achieve a lot in a short period of time, then you are right for tado°. You should be tech-savvy, pay attention to detail, and work in a structured way. You should also enjoy working under your own supervision.

Requirements
- Solid customer service skills in a fast paced technology oriented environment
- Interest in home automation and green tech
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Proficiency in an additional European language would be a plus

Scope of work
A full time intern working 40 hours weekly is preferred. Generally we can also employ you with different terms to meet your particular situation (e.g. home office days or employment as a working student). As a well-funded start-up we are able to provide a competitive wage.
