The position is ideally to be filled from January 2026.
YOUR TASKS
Become part of our team and get to know the diverse PAYBACK online world. As part of our online shopping campaign team, you will contribute your own ideas and approaches and gain deep insight into the development, management, and optimization of our digital performance campaigns.
- Digital campaign analysis: Independent analysis and evaluation to monitor the success of digital campaigns (using Adobe Analytics, among other tools), including the derivation of recommendations for action
- Channel management: Support in the maintenance, management, and further development of our marketing channels (app & web)
- Campaign support: Research and creation of relevant content for marketing campaigns, as well as support in customer selection and implementation of measures
- Interface management: Exchange and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in the marketing area
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in business informatics, business administration, economics, or media studies (focus on e-commerce/marketing is an advantage)
- Strong analytical skills, high affinity for numbers, and confident use of MS Excel
- Initial experience in online marketing is ideal
- Reliable, independent working style and high quality awareness
- Business fluent German and English skills (spoken and written)
- Availability for at least 12 months
