Savills Investment Management (Savills IM) is an international real estate investment manager with expertise in the equity and debt sectors, a global platform with 360+ employees across 15 offices and assets totaling EUR 26.2 billion as of June 2025. Savills IM offers comprehensive asset and fund management services in the form of individual mandates and fund solutions for a broad spectrum of investors. Investment profiles range from core to value-add and include diversified, regional, and sector-specific strategies.

Our German team consists of 60+ employees in Hamburg, Frankfurt and Munich and manages assets of around EUR 7 billion in 14 European countries on behalf of institutional investors.

Role Responsibilities

Responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Administration of corporate matters for property companies and fund vehicles
• Bank and internal reporting
• Preparation of committee papers and administration of audit processes
• Support with cash management and administration of bank accounts
• Projects and ad-hoc tasks

Job Requirements

Responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to:

• A university degree in economics and or finance with good academic track record
• Apprenticeship in finance, tax or legal related subject
• Understanding of corporate processes
• Strong numerical skills
• User experience using Microsoft (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good communication skills, advanced written and spoken English and German language skills
• Team player, able to interface with non-finance colleagues, banks, auditors and service providers
• Proactive and thorough attitude
