Job Description

• You will own daily internal account reconciliation, trade booking and aggregation processes, liquidity requirements and settlement activities with counterparties to comply with settlement discipline
• You will investigate mismatches and execute time-sensitive tasks to achieve operational excellence
• You will provide detailed post-trade data analyses to set the foundation for operational decision making
• You will be responsible for communication with external partners for securities settlement and data providers to ensure smooth settlement of transactions
• You will support the development of scalable processes and collaborate with internal teams to support the fast-paced growth of our business

Qualifications

• You successfully completed a banking apprenticeship or a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or equivalent
• You gained first experience in financial services; prior involvement in a bank’s middle or back office is a plus
• You are knowledgeable about securities and banking processes, such as on-exchange trading and post-trading processes
• You are able to work in a time-sensitive environment and balance competing priorities
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
