Your daily workout

Are you a talented Junior SAP Consultant (m/f/d) with a passion for ensuring smooth operations and optimal functionality? If you thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment and have a solid understanding of ERP solutions, then join our team in Munich and contribute to EGYM's success.

You take responsibility for the 1st and 2nd level support for the company’s ERP system (SAP Business ByDesign)
You independently resolve system malfunctions, maintenance tickets and system change requests using the ticket board
You collaborate closely with team colleagues responsible for various other IT tools (Salesforce, Azure, etc.) to solve system overlapping issues and to deploy new features or automate existing processes
You discuss process improvement ideas with stakeholders and find new ways of working
You have proficiency in problem solving and troubleshooting

Your fitness level

You have at least 2 years of practical experience with ERP solutions, preferentially as Key User or Power User, and preferably SAP HANA, SAP Business ByDesign or SAP BusinessOne
You ideally possess a well-founded basic technical knowledge and process understanding
You are characterized by good cooperation, contact and communication skills
You have a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
You are an organizational talent and provide good time management skills
You enjoy working with international teams

Your training goal for your first 6 months

You took ownership of daily support for the end users
You took over the responsibility for a new automation or integration project
You actively participated in user acceptance testing for new features
You familiarized yourself with the EGYM system landscape and the role of the different teams in the departments
You blend with the team and the company culture
