Your Role
You love being creative as much as producing content hands-on? Your natural habitat is social media and communities? As (Junior) Social Media Manager at FINN, you will be directly responsible for steering our social media channels and producing content for it. Thus, you are responsible for driving user growth and creating engaging stories about FINN within the Communications team. You work directly with FINN’s PR & Communications Lead. Our goal is to create aspirational content on par with leading brands.

Your Responsibilities
- Build a brand people love to interact with: You shape and strengthen our social presence as a modern, emotional, and entertaining brand. Your content makes FINN feel relatable, fun, and culturally relevant.
- Turn organic social channels like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Reddit into a real growth engine: You don’t just post content – you build organic social into a scalable channel for brand growth, awareness, and customer acquisition. You use insights and performance data to continuously improve reach and impact.
- Create engaging, high-quality viral content across channels: From behind-the-scenes office content to new car launches – you ideate, shoot, edit, and publish content people actually want to watch, share, and comment on (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more).
- Build emotional storytelling that connects: You craft stories that spark emotion, build trust, and bring people closer to our brand – always with our tone, values, and target audience in mind.
- Grow and nurture an active community: You actively engage with our audience, reply with empathy and humor, and turn followers into fans and advocates. You bring community feedback back into product and brand storytelling.
- Build on proven traction and scale it further: You build on our already established social momentum – reaching millions every month – and take it to the next level in creativity, consistency, and cultural relevance with real-time marketing.
- Experiment, learn, and push creative boundaries: You constantly test new formats, trends, and ideas, keeping our content fresh, bold, and ahead of the curve.
Your Profile
- Graduated top of your class with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing Management, PR, Journalism, or similar.
- 1-2+ years of professional experience in content creation, editorial work or a similar, content-related field.
- Experience in producing content for and managing TikTok, Instagram and YouTube social media accounts.
- Confident in using image and video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe Photoshop.
- German as a mother tongue, fluent in English.
- Proven ability to create great social media content, user stories, photos and videos - either for yourself or someone else.
- Creative storyteller, bursting with ideas and creativity and with the ability to amplify your ideas by using the right channels to push them.
- Proactive mindset with an ability to think outside the box and enrich the team with new, creative ideas.
- Great communication skills - able to provide clear & concise content.
- Genuine interest in the mobility industry.
