full-time, based at one of our clinic locations in southern Germany, with flexible working hours and FlexWork option as agreed.

• Independent legal advice to HR departments and managers on all employment law issues (individual and collective employment law)
• Support and implementation of individual employment law measures and negotiations with works councils
• Drafting and negotiating contracts in labor and civil law
• Representation in court proceedings and conciliation boards
• Project work
• General civil law advice to the companies belonging to the Helios Group

• Completion of both state law examinations with above-average results
• Several years of professional experience in employment law
• Good knowledge of general civil law
• Negotiating skills, assertiveness and a confident manner
• Strong ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Willingness to travel for negotiations, court hearings and meetings
