Responsibilities arrow_right
- Sales-oriented application-technical consulting for internal and external customers regarding gear systems on an international level, across market segments
- Solving customer-specific issues using existing products or, if necessary, initiating new developments
- Continuously updating the specialized product portfolio in accordance with market requirements, in coordination with Product Portfolio Management and Business Units
- Developing qualified product benefit arguments for technical and application-related support
- Continuous global market observation and evaluation of OEMs regarding technological trends, product requirements, and competitor activities
- Representing Klüber in relevant committees
- Writing technical articles, delivering technical presentations, and conducting seminars for employee and customer training
Qualifications arrow_right
- Successfully completed university degree (Diploma or Master’s from a university/technical university, if applicable a PhD) in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Knowledge and experience in gear lubrication and tribology
- Enthusiasm for complex tribological challenges
- Basic knowledge and experience in project management
- Enjoy working with customers
- Proactive, structured, and independent working style
- Willingness to travel regularly (approx. 20%), with enthusiasm for international and intercultural communication as well as interdisciplinary collaboration within the company
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a professional, customer-oriented attitude, determined, persistent, and skilled in negotiation, while also being cooperative and convincing
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
