Responsibilities arrow_right
- Implementing regulatory requirements in the areas of occupational health and safety, environmental protection, sustainability, chemical safety and machine safety in the company in coordination with the department heads
- Planning and conducting internal and external audits and training sessions
- Supporting the organization in the implementation of (Group) requirements and collaboration or management of (sub-)projects
- Preparing reports and keeping specific statistics
- Carrying out internal projects to improve safety standards
- Participation/advice in official approval procedures
- Cooperation with authorities and external service providers
- Advising the SEO on HSE issues
- Coordination with HSE organization (SurTec / FCS / Freudenberg)
Qualifications arrow_right
- Technical or scientific training/studies or more than five years of professional experience in the field of HSE
- Professional experience in the field of occupational safety, ideally in a manufacturing company in the chemical industry
- Good knowledge of legal regulations and standards in the areas of occupational health and safety, environmental protection, sustainability, and chemicals legislation
- Knowledge of water, air and soil protection and waste desirable
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English
- Completed training as a FaSi is an advantage
- Good PC skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to present/communicate content and conduct training courses
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills at all hierarchical levels
