Trust us, you won't get bored, as you:

  • ensure our revenue strategies are implemented effectively across all distribution systems and channels
  • oversee accurate and timely rate loading, updates, and content maintenance in all booking-relevant platforms – always with a hands-on mindset
  • safeguard data quality and ensure compliance with Ruby and IHG standards
  • monitor system performance and interface functionality and keep things running smoothly by proactively coordinating troubleshooting with internal and external partners
  • take ownership of our Guest Reservation System and keep an eye on every detail
  • navigate IHG systems and standards while safeguarding Ruby’s commercial interests and lean luxury philosophy
  • lead and coordinate cross-functional commercial projects and align the different stakeholders
  • lead, guide and develop the distribution team with clear direction, structure, and a focus on growth and task ownership

We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:

  • professional training or completed studies in the field of hotel management or similar
  • a minimum of three years experience in the area of revenue management or distribution, preferably in a lifestyle-oriented hotel business
  • proven experience in managing distribution systems and coordinating different interests and stakeholders
  • a clear understanding of the distribution landscape and systems such as Channel Manager, GDS, CRS, IBE
  • a structured way of working and a talent for juggling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously without losing focus
  • strong communication skills that help you both understand and easily connect with both tech experts and non-technical teams
  • solid understanding of hotel operations, distribution flows, and what it takes to make systems work together
  • a curious and solution-focused mindset and the drive to not only spot potential for improvement but also turn it into action
  • business fluent in English, both written and spoken
