What awaits you at Mynaric

• You help with the New Product Introduction Process by providing support in terms of manufacturability and execute first prototype builds of laser communication terminals.
• You write and iterate the process plans for the assembly steps in our Manufacturing Execution System.
• You set up the workstations for existing and new products.
• You are responsible to select and provide the tools and fixtures for our production technicians.
• Your goal is a clear and understandable process creation for good traceability and standardization.
• You work on cycle times of production processes as well as the tools and tolerances used.
• You are the interface between the production technicians and design engineers in aspect of technical questions.

What you bring with you

• Successfully completed your degree in a technical field, preferable production related, or you have several years of experience from a technical profession.
• Initial experience in the creation of technical work instructions and the associated documentation.
• Sensitivity to put complex processes into clear structures and to document them in a comprehensible way.
• You bring your creativity and experience to an innovative high-tech company.
• Independent and organized work style with commitment and results-oriented initiative.
• Clear communication and hands-on mentality are qualities that describe you.
• You are an absolute team player and are interested in helping to shape the upcoming era of laser communication.
• Professional working proficiency in English language, both written and verbal.
