Marketing Student Assistant (Part-time) - DACH region

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Student Assistant to support our marketing activities across the DACH region.

In this role, you will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to strengthen brand visibility, support campaigns, and help execute local marketing initiatives like events. You will gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing within a fast-growing SaaS company and contribute directly to activities that drive partner engagement and market growth.

This is a part-time student position.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Sr. Marketing Manager DACH

• Supporting the creation of marketing assets tailored to the DACH market

• Preparing and coordinating campaign packages for partners and internal stakeholders

• Translating and localising marketing content (English ↔ German)

• Managing and coordinating SWAG and promotional materials

• Supporting the organisation and execution of events (both virtual and onsite)

• Updating and maintaining marketing materials and partner-facing content

• Assisting in backoffice and organisational work

About you

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.

You are structured, creative, and comfortable working in an international environment.

We imagine you:

• Speak and write fluent German and English

• Are very knowledgeable about German spelling and grammar

• Have a strong interest in B2B marketing and the SaaS industry

• Are detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Have good communication and coordination skills

• Are proactive and enjoy taking ownership of smaller projects

• Are comfortable working with digital tools (experience with CMS, email tools, or design tools is a plus)

• Are based in Munich (Tuesday and Thursday are our office days )

Previous experience in marketing, student jobs, or internships is an advantage – but not required.
